It's been a while since I last wrote on my journal...
Since then, I got fired from my job, after 12 years of service due to the latest austerity measures that our government is imposing with the "help" from IMF, started working with friends in a collectivity called "Tarentola" - making iPhone/iPad games - curated and redesigned my Aka-Acid.com and my Archigraphs.com website and so on...
Most of my friends, my family are either unemployed or working with a 500 euros salary per month.
This "great depression" we are currently living now actually reaches Charles Dickens' "Oliver Twist" era.
Now, with the new salary and pensions cuts (for the 5th time in 2 years) I don't think we have any other option than to find alternative ways to work together, in social solidarity in multiple collectivities...

Merry Christmas everyone from snowy and beautiful Edinburgh!
All this time I was walking down the snowy main street market, went to Glaskow for some apple store treats, had loads of single malt whisky at various pubs, had a cup of coco at the cafe where Harry Potter was born (the Elephant house), visited that glorious castle, went to see the emperial penguins at the zoo, bought a kilt (for ladies), walked around in -6 degrees at various segments of the city, ate all the Scotish special dishes (and loved them all), went to that great club called "Whiskey Society" for a couple of single malt whiskies, ate loads of salmon, smoked and fresh cooked, ate that famous meat pie at that famous pub The King's Ward near the port, had hot wine at the German market and finally loved every single corner of that glorious city.
Love the Scotish accent and currently I am trying to get rid of my American accent and sound more UKish/Scotish.

I am currently having a huge problem concerning the terms of use of my icons.
I always add Creative Commons 3.0 license whenever I upload icons or wallpapers on DeviantArt but it seems that people disregard the "license" part.
My point on CC terms is that the web community may use my icons for customization purposes only!
Whenever I come to see violations of the terms of use of my icons, I always sent an e-mail to either remove them (if they violate the "Noncommercial" and "No Derivative Works" terms) or to make a reference of the creator and add that "this work is under Creative Commons license".
So far I've located randomly CC violations of my Archigraphs icons, and they all abided to my e-mails.
Yesterday I found a web page that uploads icons and vectors without creator's reference, without terms of use reference.
That's bad.
Wrote them a mail (cause some of my icons are included) but I think that the community should know if by any other way their creations' terms of use are violated.
